How to commission

Email me at [email protected] with the following info:

  • ​Number of characters and style. Example: 2 half body characters with a simple background
  • Visual references of your character/s and brief description of their personality.
  • Description of your drawing such as desired pose, expression, background, etc. (optional)
  • If your commission is for commercial use, please state how it will be used as there will be different pricing.

​I will get back to you confirming your request or asking for additional details. 

​Once I've accepted your commission, I will send you a Paypal invoice for payment. After payment, I will start on your piece or add you to my commission queue.

Delivery time will depend on your place on the queue. If you need the artwork by a certain deadline, please let me know in advance.

General info

  • I will send you an initial sketch for approval and you may ask for revisions as you see fit. Once the sketch is approved, I will send you the clean and colored version and you may request minor changes. After the final art has been approved, I will deliver the high resolution files in the appropriate formats.
  • Any major changes after the piece has been finished will be charged extra.
  • All commissions will have a transparent or simple background with no extra cost. Complex backgrounds will be charged based on the details.
  • Props and accessories will also have an extra cost based on complexity. (This includes small animals/creatures. Bigger ones will count as an extra character.)
  • Complex designs such as elaborate armor, mechanical elements, detailed clothing/patterns/tattoos, etc. may have an additional cost.
  • All commissions will be delivered in digital format via email.
  • I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

Payment

  • All prices are in USD.
  • I must receive payment in full before starting the commission. For amounts of $200 or over you may choose to pay half upfront and half after completion.
  • I currently only accept international payments via Paypal. If you are in Mexico, you may pay the equivalent amount in pesos via oxxo/bank transfer/etc.
  • Please do not send payment before I have confirmed your request and sent a Paypal invoice.

Copyright & Usage Policy

  • As the artist, I retain all copyrights over any commissioned works.
  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned work in my social media and portfolio. If you would like to keep the commission private, please let me know in advance.
  • All commissions are for personal non-commercial use unless agreed otherwise and paid a fee for commercial use. Any unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.​
  • You may:
    • Display the commissioned artwork on your blog/social media/etc. with credit.
    • Use the artwork as your social media icon/header/background/etc.
    • Create prints and merchandise for your own personal use.
    • Use the artwork for personal projects with no financial gain.
  • You may not:
    • Use the artwork for any commercial purposes without prior agreement.
    • Use the artwork for blockchain content/NFTs or AI training.
    • Alter or remove artist signature.
    • Claim the art as your own.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

  • In the event of cancellation by the client, there will be a refund if the commission has not been started (initial sketch sent).
  • Commissions that have been started or completed will not be refunded (initial sketch sent and/or approved).
  • In the event of cancellation by the artist, a full refund will be provided.
